- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
A fiduciary shall allocate receipts from or related to a financial instrument or arrangement not otherwise addressed by this act. The allocation must be consistent with Kan. Stat. Ann. 2023 Supp. 58-9a-414 and 58-9a-415, and amendments thereto.
