Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-170a
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
For the purposes of this act the word “person” shall mean any individual, company, corporation, institution, municipality, township, county, federal agency, or legally constituted sewer district.
