Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-1,117
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Person: means any individual, firm, partnership, corporation or other association of persons. See Kansas Statutes 65-171j
Any person, association, firm, corporation, organization or other agency willfully or knowingly permitting or encouraging the disclosure of information obtained pursuant to the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-1,115 and not otherwise authorized to be disclosed under Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-1,116 shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
