- board: means the Kansas board of examiners in fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments. See Kansas Statutes 74-5807
- License: means an authorization to practice the fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments pursuant to this act and includes a temporary license and any certificate of endorsement issued prior to July 1, 2005. See Kansas Statutes 74-5807
Before any license may be suspended, revoked or other disciplinary action taken, the board shall give the licensee notice and an opportunity to be heard in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
