Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 74-8123

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

The Kansas technology enterprise corporation, created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-8101 et seq., and amendments thereto, is hereby abolished.
