Upon the execution of the lease as authorized in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 76-2002a of this act the secretary of the state historical society is hereby authorized and directed to deliver to the governing body of the city of Osawatomie, or its authorized representative, all of the equipment and facilities now owned by the state for the operation and maintenance of said John Brown memorial park.
