The board of trustees provided to be appointed by chapter 87 of the Laws of 1908 Special Session (referred to in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 76-2005) is hereby abolished. All powers, functions and duties of said board of trustees relating to Pawnee Rock are hereby conferred and imposed upon the executive secretary of the state historical society.
