Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 76-2007g
- Lease: A contract transferring the use of property or occupancy of land, space, structures, or equipment in consideration of a payment (e.g., rent). Source: OCC
Any lease entered into prior to the effective date of this act under Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 76-2007a to 76-2007c, inclusive, may be modified, with the agreement of the parties thereto, to provide for the changes in the terms of such lease authorized by this act.
