Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 76-2054

Upon acquisition of the Lecompton constitutional hall and land described in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 76-2052 as authorized by this act, the same shall be placed under the control and management of the state historical society and the society shall establish and maintain such building and land as a historical landmark and museum to be known as “historic Lecompton constitutional hall.” The society may adopt rules and regulations relating to the use, preservation, improvement, control and maintenance of such building and land.
