- Act: means the peer-to-peer vehicle sharing program act. See Kansas Statutes 8-2802
- Peer-to-peer vehicle sharing: means the authorized use of a shared vehicle by an individual other than the shared vehicle's owner through a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing program. See Kansas Statutes 8-2802
Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 8-2801 through 8-2813, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the peer-to-peer vehicle sharing program act.
