Amounts charged pursuant to contracts entered into pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 82a-1305, and amendments thereto, and all other amounts charged pursuant to this act shall be paid to the director. Upon receipt, the director shall remit the entire amount to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer, except as provided in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 82a-1315b, and amendments thereto, shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the water marketing fund.
