Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 82a-704b
- Chief engineer: means the chief engineer of the division of water resources of the Kansas department of agriculture. See Kansas Statutes 82a-701
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
The chief engineer shall provide notice throughout the state of the provisions of this act by means assuring the widest dissemination thereof as practicable.
