- Chief engineer: means the chief engineer of the division of water resources of the Kansas department of agriculture. See Kansas Statutes 82a-701
Any order pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 82a-1901, and amendments thereto, upon review of any action of the chief engineer pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 82a-704a, 82a-708b, 82a-711 or 82a-718, and amendments thereto, is subject to review in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act.
