Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 83-223

  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

The secretary may bring action in the district court in the name of the state of Kansas for injunction or other process to restrain or prevent a violation of this act.
