(1) The property valuation administrator of each county shall be paid from the State
Treasury each month as provided in KRS § 132.590.
(2) Deputies, other authorized personnel, and other authorized expenditures of the property valuation administrator’s office shall be paid from the State Treasury monthly as approved by the Department of Revenue as provided in KRS
132.590(2).

- County: means any county, consolidated local government, urban-county government, unified local government, or charter county government. See Kentucky Statutes 132.010
- Department: means the Department of Revenue. See Kentucky Statutes 132.010
- Month: means calendar month. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
- State: when applied to a part of the United States, includes territories, outlying possessions, and the District of Columbia. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
