(1) Each electrical inspector certified under KRS § 227.489 shall submit a monthly report to the Department of Revenue showing the names and addresses of all persons, firms, or corporations for which inspections were conducted for new buildings, new or relocated mobile homes, and other new or relocated structures during the preceding month. Each building, mobile home, or other structure shall be identified by county and property address, or property location in those instances where the address is insufficient to reveal the physical location of the property.
(2) The information provided shall be used for the purpose of making and maintaining accurate assessment records. The Department of Revenue shall provide to each electrical inspector the necessary forms and instructions for filing the report required under subsection (1).

  • County: means any county, consolidated local government, urban-county government, unified local government, or charter county government. See Kentucky Statutes 132.010

  • Mobile home: means a structure manufactured on or before June 15, 1976, that was not required to be constructed in accordance with the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act, transportable in one (1) or more sections, which when erected on site measures eight (8) body feet or more in width and thirty-two (32) body feet or more in length, and which is built on a permanent chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling, with or without a permanent foundation, when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and electrical systems contained therein.   • Month: means calendar month. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
