The Department of Parks shall establish a promotion program within the Department of
Parks to promote the sale of Kentucky-grown agricultural products, as defined in KRS
260.016, in state resort park restaurants, gift shops, concessions, and golf courses. The promotion program shall operate in conjunction with the Kentucky Proud™ Program in accordance with KRS § 260.017. The commissioner of the Department of Parks shall promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A to implement the promotion program no later than October 1, 2011.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 148.830
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of parks. See Kentucky Statutes 148.001
- Department: means the Department of Parks. See Kentucky Statutes 148.001
- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
- State: when applied to a part of the United States, includes territories, outlying possessions, and the District of Columbia. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
