New applications shall not be accepted or considered under KRS § 154.20-200 to KRS § 154.20-
216 on or after June 26, 2009. All outstanding approved projects as of June 26, 2009, shall continue to be governed by the provisions of KRS § 154.20-200 to KRS § 154.20-216.
