(1) The board may promulgate all reasonable administrative regulations not inconsistent with this chapter that are necessary to carry into effect the purposes of KRS § 17.500 to KRS § 17.580 and 17.991.
(2) The board may promulgate administrative regulations requiring mandatory continuing education for approved providers as a condition for obtaining their renewal approvals.
