(1) Every long-term care facility shall post in a conspicuous place, accessible to residents, employees and visitors the following:
(a) A copy of the long-term care facility’s current license;

(b) The name, address, and current telephone number of the current long-term care ombudsman in the cabinet;
(c) A copy of the statement required by subsection (1) of KRS § 216.545; and
(d) A list of the material available for public inspection required by KRS § 216.547. (2) Every long-term care facility shall post within ten (10) feet of the front reception
desk and in a prominent place easily seen by residents, employees, and visitors a
printed sign at least eight (8) inches by eleven (11) inches in size, with letters at least one (1) inch high, that states: “State law (KRS § 216.547) requires state inspection reports on this facility to be made available to you upon request. ASK A REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS FACILITY.”
