(1) A person engaged in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs who unknowingly violates any provision of KRS § 315.400 to KRS § 315.410 may be fined not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000).
(2) A person engaged in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs who acts with gross negligence and violates any provision of KRS § 315.400 to KRS § 315.410 may be fined not more than fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
(3) A person engaged in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs who knowingly violates any provision of KRS § 315.400 to KRS § 315.410 may be fined not more than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
