The amount of fees prescribed in connection with a license as a speech-language pathologist, speech-language pathology assistant, or audiologist shall be as follows:
(1) The initial license fee for licensure as a speech-language pathologist or an audiologist shall not exceed two hundred dollars ($200);

  • Audiologist: means one who is licensed to practice audiology. See Kentucky Statutes 334A.020
  • Interim license: means a license issued by the board pursuant to KRS §. See Kentucky Statutes 334A.020
  • Speech-language pathology assistant: means one who assists in the practice of speech-language pathology only under the supervision and direction of an appropriately qualified supervisor and only within the public school system in the Commonwealth. See Kentucky Statutes 334A.020

(2) The delinquency fee for all credentials shall not exceed forty dollars ($40); (3) The application fee for all credentials shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50);
(4) The initial and renewal fees for an inactive license shall not exceed twenty dollars
($20);
(5) The speech-language pathology assistant license fee shall not exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150); and
(6) The interim license fee shall not exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
