(1) A report shall be compiled annually by the chief purchasing officer, within ninety
(90) days following the close of the fiscal year, of contracts made under KRS

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 45A.165

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
  • State: when applied to a part of the United States, includes territories, outlying possessions, and the District of Columbia. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
  • Year: means calendar year. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010

45A.095 during that preceding fiscal year. The report shall: (a) Name each contractor;
(b) State the amount and type of each contract;
(c) Describe the supplies, services, or construction purchased by each contract;
and
(d) Include as attachments copies of all determinations and findings required to be made by provisions of this code and implementing regulations.
(2) Reports required under subsection (1) of this section shall be retained for a period of five (5) years and shall be made available to the General Assembly and the public upon request.
