§ 3319	Methods of extinction

Department: means the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services. See Louisiana Children's Code 1281.3
Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
Mortgage: The written agreement pledging property to a creditor as collateral for a loan.
Mortgagee: The person to whom property is mortgaged and who has loaned the money.
