- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Failure to complete such form as required in La. Rev. Stat. 40:65 shall be a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for ninety days in jail or by a five hundred dollar fine, or both. Such failure to complete such form and to timely transmit same shall be admissible as evidence that the unreported abortion was illegal.
