Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 45:193

- Person: includes a body of persons, whether incorporated or not. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 45:162
The collector of revenue shall revoke immediately the permit or license to do business in this state of any person convicted under La. Rev. Stat. 45:192.
