Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:450
- Video draw poker: means any card game approved by the division that utilizes one or more decks of cards per hand with multiple hands permitted per game. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:402
- Video draw poker employee: means a person issued a permit pursuant to the provisions of La. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:402
The holder of a video draw poker employee permit is authorized to work for any video draw poker licensee in the capacity specified on the video draw poker employee permit.
