Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:1219
- governmental: includes the government of this State, the Government of the United States, or any subdivision, agency, or instrumentality, corporate or otherwise, of either of them. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:1202
- State: means the State of Louisiana. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:1202
Nothing contained in La. Rev. Stat. 3:1204 and La. Rev. Stat. 3:1207 shall be interpreted to reduce or limit any authorization granted in any act of the legislature of this state to any agency of the government of this state or to any parish, municipality, special-purpose district or other local governmental subdivision of this state, or to any research or educational institution supported wholly or in part with public funds and operating in this state.
