Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:4675
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Forestry, or his duly authorized representatives acting at his discretion. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:4602
- petroleum product: shall include compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gas as those terms are defined in La. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:4602
If any petroleum product which does not conform to the minimum specifications adopted by the commissioner in accordance with this Subpart is sold or dispensed in this state, the container or pump from which the petroleum product is to be dispensed shall be clearly, distinctly, and conspicuously labeled.
