Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:2315
- Person: means any architect, engineer, or landscape architect. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:2310
- Professional services: means those services performed by an architect, engineer, or landscape architect. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:2310
Every person shall be guaranteed equal employment opportunities in the selection of persons for professional services and such selection of persons for professional services and such selection shall not discriminate against any person because of race, religion, national ancestry, age, sex, or physical condition. If any person or persons violates the provisions of this section, they shall be subject to the same penalties as provided in La. Rev. Stat. 38:2314(A).
