Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 40:1385
- Department: means the Department of Public Safety and Corrections. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 40:1372
- Division: means the division of state police in the Department of Public Safety and Corrections. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 40:1372
The employees of the division shall take fingerprints and such other identification data as is prescribed by the department of all persons taken into custody by them for offenses other than those arising solely out of violations of fish, game, conservation, or traffic laws.
