Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 40:1730.51
- Industrialized building: means a commercial structure that is the following:
(a) Erected or installed using one or more modules or one or more modular components that are constructed at a location other than the commercial site. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 40:1730.53
This Part shall be known and may be cited as the “Louisiana Industrialized Building Act”.
