The provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 45:1455 through 1458 shall apply to subpoenas issued in connection with all legislative hearings, administrative proceedings, grand jury hearings and proceedings conducted under Article 66 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.  The provisions of this Chapter shall also govern all subpoenas issued in connection with depositions or other discovery authorized by law.
