Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 9:1790
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
Except as provided in La. Rev. Stat. 9:2069, a trustee who has resigned or who has been removed has no further authority with respect to the trust property. His resignation or removal does not affect his liability for his administration of the trust property.
