- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
A trustee may not make an adjustment under La. Rev. Stat. 9:2158 that benefits himself, directly or indirectly, unless all of the current beneficiaries consent or the proper court authorizes such adjustment after notice to all current beneficiaries.
