Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 20-A Sec. 12006
- Authority: means the Finance Authority of Maine. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 20-A Sec. 12001-A
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Education or the commissioner's designee. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 20-A Sec. 1
The authority shall establish rules necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter, except that the Commissioner of Health and Human Services shall develop rules for determining underserved areas for the practice of osteopathic medicine.
