- Department: means the Department of Health and Human Services. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 22 Sec. 1-A
The department is authorized to inspect the premises and operations of all medical laboratories, subject to licensure or any provisions under this Act. [PL 1987, c. 211, §7 (AMD).]
