- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
A medical examiner or the medical examiner’s designated pathologist may retain body fragments or body fluids for evidence, further study or documentation. [RR 2021, c. 2, Pt. B, §152 (COR).]
