- Motor vehicle: means a self-propelled vehicle not operated exclusively on railroad tracks, but does not include:
A. A person commits a traffic infraction if that person distributes, has for sale, offers for sale, sells or uses on a motor vehicle a pneumatic tire that has been regrooved below the original tread depth, unless that tire was originally manufactured with extra undertread material.
