1. Attest application. Attest that the application has been filed by:
A. Endorsing upon the original application the word “filed” and the day, month and year of the filing. The person delivering the application for filing may have the endorsement include the hour and minute of the filing of the application.   • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.

2. File the application. File and index the endorsed application; and
