- Administrator: means the Securities Administrator under section 16601. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 16102
The administrator may adopt rules pursuant to the Maine Administrative Procedure Act to carry out the purposes of this subchapter. Rules adopted under this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2?A. [PL 2021, c. 576, §1 (NEW).]
