Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 38 Sec. 2170
- Bureau: means the Bureau of General Services within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services as authorized pursuant to Title 5, section 1742. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 38 Sec. 2101-A
This subchapter applies only to solid waste disposal facilities owned or operated by the bureau. Wherever in this subchapter the term “solid waste disposal facility” or “facility” is used, those terms may be construed only to mean a solid waste disposal facility owned or operated by the bureau.
