Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 4 Sec. 1610-A
- Authority: means the Maine Governmental Facilities Authority as established by this Act. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 4 Sec. 1603
- Securities: means any bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness authorized by this Act. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 4 Sec. 1603
Notwithstanding any limitation on the amount of securities that may be issued pursuant to section 1606, subsection 2, the authority may issue additional securities in an amount not to exceed $85,000,000 outstanding at any one time for correctional facilities. [PL 1997, c. 752, §2 (NEW).]
