Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 4 Sec. 1611
- Act: means the Maine Governmental Facilities Authority Act. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 4 Sec. 1603
- Securities: means any bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness authorized by this Act. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 4 Sec. 1603
Securities issued under this Act shall be considered to constitute a proper public purpose and the securities so issued, their transfer and the income from the securities, including any profits made on the sale of the securities, at all times shall be exempt from taxation within the State.
