- Academic detailing: means the provision of information regarding prescription drugs based on scientific and medical research, including information on therapeutic and cost-effective use of prescription drugs. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 22 Sec. 2685

See Maine Revised Statutes Title 10 Sec. 9061 Manufacturer: means a manufacturer of prescription drugs and includes a subsidiary or affiliate of a manufacturer. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 22 Sec. 2697 Manufacturer: means any person engaged in manufacturing or assembling manufactured homes, regardless of the destination of the homes, including any person engaged in importing homes for resale. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 10 Sec. 9061 Medicare: means the "Health Insurance for the Aged Act" Title XVIII of the Social Security Amendments of 1965, as amended. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 24-A Sec. 5001 Member insurer: means an insurer or health maintenance organization that is licensed or that holds a certificate of authority to transact in this State any kind of insurance, annuity or health maintenance organization business for which coverage is provided under section 4603 and includes an insurer or health maintenance organization whose license or certificate of authority in this State may have been suspended, revoked, not renewed or voluntarily withdrawn, but does not include:

See Maine Revised Statutes Title 29-A Sec. 101Motorcycle: means a motor vehicle that has a seat or a saddle for the use of the rider and is designed to travel with only 2 or 3 10-inch or larger diameter wheels in ground contact and has a motor with a cylinder capacity of more than 50 cubic centimeters or an electric motor with a capacity of not less than 1,500 watts. Public law: A public bill or joint resolution that has passed both chambers and been enacted into law. Public laws have general applicability nationwide. Real estate: includes lands and all tenements and hereditaments connected therewith, and all rights thereto and interests therein. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 72 Receivership court: means the court in the impaired or insolvent insurer's state having jurisdiction over the conservation, rehabilitation or liquidation of the insurer. If both Houses have not approved a rescission proposal (by passing legislation) within 45 days of continuous session, any funds being withheld must be made available for obligation. Resident: means a person who has declared or established residency in this State or has been domiciled in this State for a period of at least 30 days, except for persons in compliance with section 109, subsection 1. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 29-A Sec. 101 Traffic infraction: means any violation of any provision of this Title, or of any rules established under this Title, not expressly defined as a crime or as a civil violation and otherwise not punishable by incarceration. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 29-A Sec. 101 Treatment: means the broad range of emergency, outpatient, intermediate and inpatient services and care, including career counseling, diagnostic evaluation, employment, health, medical, psychiatric, psychological, recreational, rehabilitative, social service care, treatment and vocational services, that may be extended to a drug user, a person with substance use disorder or a person in need of assistance due to the use of a dependency-related drug.
