Terms Used In Michigan Laws 125.2579
- Board: means the board of directors of an empowerment zone development corporation. See Michigan Laws 125.2565
- Municipality: means a county, city, village, or township. See Michigan Laws 125.2565
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
The number of board members required to make a quorum for the transaction of corporation business shall be prescribed by an ordinance of the municipality.
