Terms Used In Michigan Laws 206.1083
- Department: means the department of treasury. See Michigan Laws 206.1083
- Fund: means the Michigan World War II Legacy Memorial fund created in section 5. See Michigan Laws 206.1083
- Legacy: A gift of property made by will.
As used in this act:
(a) “Department” means the department of treasury.
(b) “Fund” means the Michigan World War II Legacy Memorial fund created in section 5.
