Terms Used In Michigan Laws 206.1087
- Fund: means the Michigan World War II Legacy Memorial fund created in section 5. See Michigan Laws 206.1083
- Legacy: A gift of property made by will.
The money, interest, and earnings of the fund shall be expended solely for donation to the Michigan World War II Legacy Memorial organization.
