Terms Used In Michigan Laws 259.493
- Structure: means an object constructed or installed, including, but not limited to, a building, tower, antenna, smokestack, or overhead transmission line. See Michigan Laws 259.481
This act shall be known and may be cited as the “tall structure act”.
