Terms Used In Michigan Laws 285.267
- Authority: means the Michigan family farm development authority established in section 3. See Michigan Laws 285.252
- Note: means a note issued by the authority pursuant to this act. See Michigan Laws 285.252
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
The members of the authority or a person who executes a note or bond shall not be liable personally on the note or bond or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the issuance of the note or bond.
